Graphics- Never has a house
looked so good in a video game
before. The graphicsaren't the
best, but still quite good. I
really can't say mucha bout
thegraphics, you'll just have to
see for yourself.
Gameplay- Oh, there's plenty
of it in this game. Almost every
mission is uniquein some way.
From using a toy plane to cut a
grill on the stove on and
pushingeggs in the boiling pot to
destroying a queen roach to
saving toys from
extraterrestrials! You definitly
will not be bored by any of the
missions and alot of them present
a great challenge. The real
challenge however lies intrying
to get the best time on a
mission. If you get the best time
on fourmissions or more in a room
a new level will open up, the
room boss battle. Theseare the
guys (and girls) that will give
you a hard time. I particular
gotannoyed with Buggy-Wug (an RC
car). Destroy destinated weak
spots of the bossesuntil they
succumb, you win the battle and
you get to use that boss in the
finalboss against Huggy Bear (the
main bad guy). Oh, and let's
speak of Huggy Bearhimself, I've
never seen a teddy bear so
menacing. Sure, he's just a
stuffedbear but he's a tough
stuffed bear! Anyway, like I
said, the game offers
greatgameplay of various degrees,
which is a good thing.
A.I.- Well, there aren't
really challenging enemies in
this game. Sure, theyseem hard at
first but once you learn the
technique of keeping away and
firingfrom a distance then they
are push-over's. There are
exceptions to thishowever, I was
just speaking of the stationary
enemies such as pencil
rocketlaunchers and cannonball
firing action figures. The main
toys are the smartone's,
especially the aircraft. For the
most part this game is based on
meetingcriteria and not fighting
but there are alot of missions
solely based on blowingother toys
up. All in all, for toys, they're
pretty damn smart.
Ingenuity- Like gameplay,
this game is dripping with it.
Have you ever seenanother game
like this? Well, maybe a few
similar but still, this game is
very,very original and I applaud
the people responsible for this
game. The idea forthis game
seemed like it was gonna happen
sometime. After all, hasn't
everychild wanted to do this with
their toys at one point or
another?
Fun- The game is a
blast but offers little replay
value after you beat it. The
multiplayer is pretty cool though
I've never played it with someone
else because I nearly always play
alone. Bottom line, for $50 it's
a good game, not a great game,
not an awful game, just a good,
fun, game.
