Well folks it is finally here. Ported from Playstation, PC, and now finally to our own Dreamcast and boy does this game look good and I mean GOOD. The frame rate of the game is astonishing, the game is just plain fast. Given a complete makeover since the Playstation's version, the game is completely different as far as the pure speed of the game goes. The enemies look sharper and the quality and overall implementation of the game's textures. The game is stunning in every aspect of the game. Terrific story telling, wonderful graphics, and a collage of interesting quests and puzzles to complete, clearly setting the title above all the rest.

The world of nosgoth is limited to Raziel in the beginning due to the many obstacles that require more than Raziel's innate abilities. To continue his quest, Raziel must evolve by finding and destroying his former vampire brotheres and acquiring their powers. In time, Raziel learns to phase through gates, climb sheer walls, swim in water, fire forc3e projectiles, and even constrict enemies and objects. Nosgoth is a vile place that requires impunity, as well as precise platforming and puzzle solveing skills. If you are looking for macabre adventure that will keep you playing deep into the witching hour, Soul Reaver certainly fits the bill.

The game is still set for a January release and be sure to ask for a raise or 50 bucks for Christmas to get this game, it's not as far off as it seems. I am sure you already know about the game so it was not necessary to put it in this preview, but anyhow, haven't I said enough!?
